Established in 1923 by Monkhams Development Limited, Woodford Bowling Club has provided its members with an exciting and entertaining outdoor leisure pursuit for over 80 years and our members enjoy the well maintained six rink Green.
A weekly Saturday drive is held and keenly supported, filling the six rinks most weeks. The winning team members are each rewarded with a bottle of wine !!
Matches, home and away, are regularly played against other Club teams, and many members arrange weekday friendly games.
In-house Championship Competitions are keenly contended each year. Our clubhouse, with a well stocked bar, is the hub of our club, where members relax before and after matches and enjoy a regular programme of events throughout the year.
We welcome new members.
Several qualified coaches are available to teach prospective new members.
